Please note that the material is sent under the responsibility of the purchaser and at the risk and peril of the recipient. It is important to check the packages upon delivery in the presence of the carrier to ensure that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document and that the equipment is in good condition.

If packages are missing or damaged, please notify the carrier immediately, noting the number of missing packages and clearly describing the damage found.

If you believe the package is unusable, please refuse it. You must then confirm the dispute by registered letter to the carrier, sending us a copy within 48 hours.

If you do not follow these steps, we cannot be held responsible for any damages and no refunds can be issued for these reasons.
